Source Energy

It is all. It is the water, trees, animals, air, planets, universe. It is us.

It goes by many names. Higher Self, Universal Intelligence, Higher Intelligence, Being, Beingness, the Other Side, the Force, and of course God.

Humanity knows at its core level, that there is something larger than and beyond this ego based world. All religion is based upon this knowing. Each religion has its own traditions and rituals related to aligning with this creative energy.

This webpage is about my understanding of Source Energy.

It is about how I align with this unlimited power.

My words are not meant to persuade you to my way of thinking. This is my path not yours. I am responsible for it. You are responsible for your path. I therefore encourage you to question what I say. To prove or disprove it to yourself.

There have been many great teachers who sought to show us the way.

Jesus and Budda to name a couple. Some less known such as Abraham Hicks and Lester Levenson . These people functioned beyond the ego.

If you study their words, you will see similarities. Words like do not want, forgive, gratitude, love. At an ego level, one may have a hard time incorporating these into their daily lives.

The ego sees the separate. The ego does want, judges, blames, sees the wrongness, fears and loves to get. And the ego is a limited entity. What it gains is usually offset by pain to the individual or others.

People living in alignment with Source Energy have a different perspective and experience.

When we are in alignment, life flows. Doors just open. Material things come to us but we don't go out, sacrifice and push against life to attain them. They just are. There is a sense of watching life unfold. There is even a sense of watching our body and mind.

When people start studying the law of attraction, it is normally because they want something. It can be wealth, health, relationship, car, house, anything. Initially they may have some success but progress usually stalls.

Why does this happen?

They are doing the same things. Meditating, visualizing, and affirmations. But nothing happens. The reason is the energy they now have is completely different than the energy they initially had. They are not aligned with Source Energy. They are aligned with ego, and are trying to make things happen.

When you are aligned with Source Energy, there is an openness - a detaching, a letting go. You are easy about the outcome. As Lester Levenson used to say, you don't give a hoot.

But after you have a little success your energy changes, so that the next time you are trying to make it happen. You think you are doing the same things but you are not.

You have probably heard of beginners luck.

It is real. Here is an example. Many years ago, I was in Reno, Nevada. I was sitting at a blackjack table, with three or four other players. A fellow sits down at the table, who obviously had no idea or very little idea, how to play the game.

He had a big smile on his face and you could tell that he was just happy to be there. He was more focused on having a good time, than winning at the table. He makes his bid, the cards are dealt. He asks for another card. The dealer had to explain to him that you just the tap the table for another card, you don't actually ask. The rest of us are looking at his cards and see he has 18, which is a decent hand to hold.

The object of the game is to have the cards add up to as close to 21 as possible without going over. Obviously 18 is pretty close to 21, and the odds of drawing a 3 or less are against you. I don't think any of us at the table had seen someone ask for card when they had 18.

Anyway he did and he was dealt a 3, which gave him 21. The rest of us at the table broke out laughing, shaking our heads, and muttering something about beginners luck. We did explain to him that he did not have to get exactly 21 to win, which he thought was the object of the game.

I was not familiar with the law of attraction back then.

Now that I think of the incident, I can see why it unfolded the way it did. His vibration was wide open. He was there to have fun, and he was aligned with Source Energy. When you are aligned with Source Energy, there is a lightness to your vibration. You can, therefore, see the importance of forgiveness, gratitude and love in this regard. To harbor negative emotions or a sense of gimmeness, blocks your connection to Source.

It is very doubtful that any of us, at the blackjack table, would have been able to manifest a 3. It is very doubtful that anyone can effectively use the law of attraction, when continually focusing on what they want. Because part of focusing on what is wanted is the fact that it is not here.

And so over time, I have shifted my focus.

I still take time for the feelings of having my desires. But I now spend more of my time feeling for Source Energy. Anyone who has practiced law of attraction techniques, will come in contact with this energy.

What does it feel like?

It is a sense that all is right with world. A sense of unconditional love , well being, letting go. You do not have to make anything happen. It just flows.

When we change our focus to coming into alignment with Source Energy, we let go of wanting.

The way I look at Source Energy is, it is me.

Just like my body, my mind, my ego, I am also Source Energy. I am this unlimited energy.

What I have noticed, when I made this connection my priority, there was a shift in my ability to make things happen. The more I try to make it happen, the more I fail. The more I let go and turn it over to this energy, the more successful I am. I used to be effective, although limited, at making things happen. I seem to have lost much of that ability. But now gained something much more.

The way to make the shift, is to change your focus from ego feelings to Source Energy. If you are meditating and focusing on the positive, you will experience this energy. And then, throughout your day keep reaching for it. Once you have felt it, you know it.
