Silva Mind Control

He spent a good portion of his life researching and developing his method. It has been taught to millions around the world, in many languages.

I was first introduced to the Silva Mind Control Method back in 1997. This was a time when I was searching for answers about life. I had bought the book, "Life Without Limits," by Robert B. Stone. He made many references to the Silva Method. He considered it to be the ultimate system for living your life on your terms.

What does Silva Mind Control involve?

The method involves quieting the mind and lowering your brain wave cycles to the Alpha level.

Brain wave cycles are divided into four groups.

Beta - 14 to 21 cycles per second.

Alpha - 7 to 14 cycles per second.

Theta - 4 to 7 cycles per second.

Delta - 1 to 4 cycles per second.

The Beta level is mainly a left brain cycle. It the level where most of humanity goes through their daily lives. Thinking, analyzing and so forth.

Alpha level is considered to be the creative level. Where both the right and left hemispheres of the brain come into play. It is also, considered by Jose Silva to be the connection to the "Other Side."

What is the "Other Side?"

You may know it by other names, Universe, Source, Source Energy, Higher Intelligence, God and many more. It is the place where all creation happens. It is the place where what we know as our external world, is created.

Theta level is a deep sleep with dreaming occurring.

Delta level is deep sleep with no dreaming occurring.

What does the method teach you?

The method teaches how to go to the Alpha level and visualize that which is desired. That can be wealth, health, relationships or whatever one may desire. By performing these processes, you access the Other Side, to bring the desires into your external world.

What happens as people go through the process?

As you go through the exercises, you may experience a number of coincidences. Of course the term coincidence is a misnomer. You may, like so many others, experience events which defy logic. What you may experience is a connection to a higher power. A guidance, which takes you effortlessly to your desire.

When Jose Silva was developing his course, he was spending large sums of money on his research. He started to experience financial issues that would impact his ability to continue. He recounts how he awoke from a dream, where two numbers were clearly given to him. He found and bought a lotto ticket which contained one of the numbers. He won the lotto and was able to continue with his research.

What was my experience?

After reading Robert Stone's book, I was contemplating whether to take the formal Silva Mind Control program. I was in the kitchen thinking about it. I had looked the course up and found someone that taught the program locally. He had a name with so many vowels, I could not give its pronunciation any sort of justice. I had never heard the name before. I walked from the kitchen to the living room. The television was on and a movie was just ending. There in the credits was the exact same first and last name.

And so I took the program. I actually went on to buy many books and tapes on the Silva method.

Did I experience coincidences?

What I experienced from a logical standpoint, was weird. Numbers lined up. People lined up. At one point I was guided to make an investment that gave me a 500% return.

I can't make any promises as to what the program may do for anyone else.

But I can tell you that millions of people have taken the Silva Mind Control course, either through live events or through books and digital media.
