Positive Thoughts
Positive thoughts attract a positive life. Thoughts equal emotions, which equal similar thoughts, which equal similar emotions, and so on. And as you go through this process, it all expands. Whatever, we focus on gets bigger and bigger. Abundance can grow and so can negativity. Thoughts plus emotions equal your vibrational resonance with the Universe. Consistent with the law of attraction, your vibrational resonance brings to you what you are vibrating. Understanding this process, underlines the importance of positive thoughts. If you wish to have in your life, that which you desire, it starts with your thoughts. When people get this, they can start creating what they desire. The flip side of this is when they realize the importance, they may get upset about having less than ideal thoughts. Here's the thing about that. You have a negative thought. You can either embrace it and go down that negative spiral. Or you just let it go without hanging onto it. Or you can worry that you had a negative thought and think you are attracting something negative as a result. If you are in the latter scenario, you are attracting negativity. Not because you had a negative thought, but because you allowed it to take you down a negative path. Through each day, we all have thoughts that flit through are minds. You can tell ones serve you and which do not. Just let the negative ones go. Grab on to the ones which make you feel good. The ones where you think well of others and yourself. If a negative thought gets a hold, then you may have to give your attention to it. And let it go with a releasing technique such as the
Sedona Method
or the
Emotional Freedom Technique
The only thoughts worth holding onto are the positive ones. You are reacting if you look at someone or something in the external world and feel negative. You are not creating in a positive way. You are in fact reacting to your creation and creating more of the same. If you see negativity, flip it around. See the reverse of negativity in your mind. "You are searching for the magic key that will unlock the door to the source of power; and yet you have the key in your own hands, and you may use it the moment you learn to control your thoughts." -Napoleon Hill One technique that helps is to ask yourself what you are thinking. If you want a great life, your response should be something like these. "I am thinking I have a great life." "I am thinking money flows to me." "I am thinking my relationships are amazing." "I am thinking I have the most fantastic job." You may find that adding the words "It is so," or "It just is," after your response, may increase the positive emotions. Think it. Feel it. Create it. Positive thoughts are not just a sense of feeling good. Positive thoughts are a creative force. So, what are you thinking?
